The
Art Department is Macintosh based. Computer-generated art is accepted
on disk, or may be e-mailed to: ipc@laptraveler.com.
Please submit art in the following formats:

to the size and nature of 4-color process files, please provide
disk.
- Please
provide some type of color composite proof, transparency, brochure
or photograph if possible
ART
CHARGES
Any significant art time required for art creation,
rebuilding or clean up will be billed at $75.00 per hour. Minor
typesetting such as small copy changes can usually be done at no
additional cost. A third revision to paper proof will result in
a minimum art charge of 1/4 hour art time.
CONFIRMATION
PROCESS
A confirmation and paper layout will be e-mailed or faxed to you
on every order. Return approval is required to proceed with production.
Any delay in confirmation or proof approval may affect lead time
or may result in rush charges if deadline dates must still be met.
LEAD
TIME
Lead time on orders will be considered from the time complete art
is approved.
ORDER
CHANGES
To ensure accuracy in fulfilling your order to exactness, all order
changes must be faxed.
OVER/UNDER
RUN POLICY
In order to fulfill your order completely, we will overprint to
allow for product or print rejects. All orders will be subject to
a 5% over/under run, industry standard on all custom printed products.
PAPER
PROOFS
A paper proof will be provided on every order at no charge via e-mail
or fax. If a minimal second revision is required, it will also be
provided at no charge. Any additional revisions will require a minimum
of 15 minutes at the billed art rate of $75.00 per hour.
PACKAGING
Most products come packaged bulk. Individual packaging is available
as follows:

PROOFS
Charges vary by product. Set-up charges apply. Please note: A cutting
variance or art placement variance may occur up to 1/16" in
either direction.
RUSH

Please call first to verify if we can fulfill your request, and
to confirm charges.
SOCIAL
POLICY
We respectfully decline those orders that contain or promote obscene
or pornographic content, violence, racism, use of illegal drugs,
alcohol or tobacco.
SUBLIMATION
Please specify all PMS colors for spot color printing. Exact color
matching is not available on this process. Every effort is made
to match colors, but sublimation printing does not permit exact
color replication. Half-tone values and color tones cannot be controlled
with 100% accuracy when transferring sublimation process printing
to fabric. Color will also vary within the run. The resulting pad
will be a close facsimile, but not an exact reproduction of the
original art. Allow for variance of image placement up to 1/4"
in either direction.
