Payment
Terms
Open
account terms with approved credit are net 30 days. Credit approval is
at the sole discretion of Interactive Products Corporation. Product may
also be purchased by credit card (Visa, Master Card, American Express
or Discover), cash in advance or COD.
Billing occurs the day of shipment. Invoices not paid within 30 days will be charged a 1.5% or $25.00 late fee, whichever is greater. Tax
Exemptions
All resellers must enclose a tax exempt certificate with their first order. If a tax exempt certificate is not received, the 9.75% Tennessee state sales tax will be charged. Special
Orders Special
orders typically require a 20% deposit or down payment, balance due on
delivery.
No cancellations will be accepted on special orders. Turnaround times are quoted after approval drawings are received, and in working business days (weekends and holidays not included). Interactive Products Corporation will not be held liable for late deliveries that are beyond our control. Warranties and Guarantees Interactive Products Corporation warrants to the original purchaser that our products are free of defects in material and workmanship for a period of one (1) year, commencing on the date of the original purchase.The purchaser's sole and exclusive remedy in the event of a defect is limited to the correction of the defect by repair, replacement, or refund of the purchase price, at Interactive Products Corporation's election and sole expense. Except
as provided herein, Interactive Products Corporation makes no other warranty
or representation of any kind whatsoever, expressed or implied, and all
implied warranties including any warranty of merchantibility or fitness
for a particular purpose are hereby disclaimed except as provided herein.
Interactive Products Corporation shall have no liability or responsibility
to the purchaser or any other person or entity with respect to any liability,
loss or damage caused or alleged to be caused directly or indirectly by
this product. In no event shall Interactive Products Corporation be liable
for loss of profits or any other direct, special, consequential damages
arising out of any breach of this warranty or in any manner arising out
of or in connection with the sale, use, or anticipated use of this product.
Note: Some states do not allow limitations on incidental or consequential
damages or how long an applied warranty lasts, so the above limitations
may not fully apply. This warranty gives specific legal rights and you
may also have rights which may vary from state to state.
Return Policy Product returned due to customer error must be returned within 30 days, and in resaleable condition. A restocking charge of 20% of the purchase price will be assessed. To
return a product under warranty, contact Interactive Products Corporation
toll free at: 1-888-552-7867. Interactive Products Corporation will issua
an RMA (Return Materials Authorization) number. No product will be
accepted without an RMA number. Package the merchandise in the original
shipping container, if possible, and include a note detailing the failure,
along with a receipt of purchase (photo copies will be accepted). Please
include your name, address and phone number. Changes in Product Interactive
Products Corporation reserves the right to make changes in specifications
and prices without notice. Interactive Products Corporation has no obligation
to upgrade products previously shipped. Shipping
Charges
Freight is prepaid and charged. All orders are shipped F.O.B. our factory in Tennessee. We
will ship your order via the carrier of your choice. If shipping service
is not specified, normal ground service or best way deemed by Interactive
Products Corporation will be selected. |
